Skye is an unexpected friend that I recently met at Element Massage in downtown Lansing. They're such a soft and gentle person and they're a dear friend. They're also in the process of transitioning to be a woman and it's been both a challenge and a privilege to get a glimpse into their journey. They've struggled a lot with self-love and body-image, so it was an honour to take some photographs for them to try to capture and show their inner spirit and beauty.
